Christmas Party
Christmas Train Ride
The children (and a few of the parents) were
delighted with our recent train trip around the Christmas display in
Milton Keynes Shopping Centre.
We even had two sets of babies joiniing in. They saw clowns getting up to all
sorts of antics amongst the snow and Christmas trees.
Afterwards we all sat down in a quiet area outside John Lewis for a snack whilst
Jo kindly took the Costa Coffee takeout order. (Roze)
Halloween Party
Rookery Farm Visit
My two year old twins and I really enjoyed our trip to Rookery Farm
today.
The animals were all so placid and welcomed the attentions of the children.
We all had fits of giggles when one of the little goats pretended to
nibble
Oliver's raincoat sleave. When we'd finished petting the animals there
was a
child height sink with antibacterial soap and paper towels for hand washing.
I felt that it was also a very safe environment and could let my boys
wonder
in front of me without having to hold their hands all the time.
As well
as the animals, there is a great outside play area with slides, swings,
three tractors for pretend driving and a bouncy castle. There is
also an
inside play area and tea room too.
Well worth the £11 entry fee
for
the three of us, as we spent most of our morning laughing. (Roze)
